What Were Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC pin.
- Proven experience in a senior or deputy role within a nursing home setting.
- Strong knowledge of dementia care and person-centred support.
- Confident in managing supervisions mentoring staff and clinical governance.
- Excellent communication organisational and leadership skills.

- Lead motivate and mentor the clinical and care team to deliver exceptional nursing care.
- Oversee clinical risk assessments care planning and medication management.
- Support and conduct staff supervisions appraisals and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding CQC regulations and best practice standards.
- Collaborate with residents families and external professionals to promote wellbeing and dignity.
- Take charge in the absence of the Home Manager ensuring smooth daily operations.
