Sales Manager Club Pilates (London UK)
Salary: 27000 - 32000 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Studio Manager in achieving membership sales goals and daily operations
- Drive studio revenue through proactive lead generation follow-up and membership conversions
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming members answering enquiries and providing studio tours
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing and community events to grow brand awareness
- Ensure high standards of studio presentation cleanliness and safety
- Maintain accurate records in the sales and booking system (training provided)
- Motivate and inspire studio staff to hit performance targets and embody the Club Pilates culture
Requirements
- Previous sales experience (fitness hospitality or retail sales preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment multitask and stay organized
- Confident using phone email and face-to-face interactions to close sales
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required
- A passion for fitness wellness and helping people achieve their goals
