You will oversee maintenance and site security manage caretaking staff liaise with contractors and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. The role requires excellent leadership communication and practical skills.
Experience and Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities or site management (school experience preferred)
Strong understanding of H&S compliance and statutory maintenance
Ability to manage a small team and contractors
Trade or facilities management qualification desirable
Salary
Paid according to experience and local support staff pay scale
