Job Summary

Position Summary

Were looking for an innovative go-getter smart and presentable salesperson with strong experience selling to Builders and Real-Estate firms. Youll own the full sales cycle build a steady pipeline close deals and grow key accounts across the Mumbai market.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business (Builders/Real-Estate): Identify pitch and convert target accounts; drive meetings demos and site visits.

  • End-to-End Sales Cycle: Prospecting discovery solutioning/proposals commercials/negotiation closure handover.

  • Account Management: Maintain CXO/decision-maker relationships; upsell/cross-sell; ensure repeat revenue.

  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain 3 pipeline coverage; update CRM; deliver weekly/Monthly forecasts and activity reports.

  • Pricing & Contracts: Prepare proposals MoUs and contracts; work with internal teams for timely approvals.

  • Market Intelligence: Track competitors pricing trends launches and real-estate events/exhibitions.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with operations/delivery/finance for smooth go-lives and collections.

  • Travel: Field-intensive role across MMR; occasional travel for events.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelors/Masters in Business (or MBA).

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales with a Builder or Real-Estate firm.

  • Must-Have Skills: B2B field sales negotiation objection handling proposal writing and stakeholder management.

  • Tools: CRM usage MS Excel/PowerPoint WhatsApp/Email etiquette.

  • Traits: Target-driven disciplined follow-ups strong presentation and communication skills professional grooming.

KPIs (What success looks like)

  • New logos acquired (Builders/Developers) and revenue closed (monthly/quarterly).

  • Pipeline metrics (coverage velocity win rate) and activity metrics (meetings/calls/demos).

  • On-time collections and low churn/returns.

  • Accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.

Reporting & Team

  • Reports to HeadCorporate Sales.

  • Individual contributor to start; may mentor/lead 1-2 executives as business scales.
