Positions - HR Manager
Department - Distribution Center
Baase Job Location - Tehsil Sanganer Kalwara (But willing to travel Sikar Road Jaipur)
Jaipur Rajasthan (handling 5 teams for each locations)
Experience :16-20 years experience in manufacturing/Retail Distribution Centre (Preferred in Manufacturing as HR manager) must have handled 700 employees
Qualification : Any Masters or Post Graduation in Business administration/MSW/Law
Job Responsibilities:
This position is required to achieve the desired level of performance in the following Key Result areas:
- Coordination in warehouse operations on a day-to-day basis
- Good with day-to-day administration
- Oversee all administration management of Distribution centers.
- Attendance wage & Salary administration
- Hiring and Onboarding activities for Contractual labourers
- Background verification
- Complete confirmation process in time
- Handle all labor related Statutory compliance of DC
- Maintain accurate Min Wages Changes from time to time
- Preparing HR Analytics Dashboards MIS.
- Should know exit formalities exit interview etc..
- Being SPOC for Headcount Budgets
- Grievance handling
- Work on special projects.
- Being HR Operations SPOC- resolve queries/support regional HRs with requested data/documents
- Should be responsible for all transportation vehicle maintenance.
- Documents and Reports (Daily report Weekly report Monthly report)
Organization Exposure:
- Able to build and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- To do attitude
- Self-motivator/starter
- Demonstrates logical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates strong listening written and oral communication skills.
- Should have ability or aptitude to learn technical applications.
- Participate in meetings with knowledge of prepared materials.
