As a Redfin Tour Coordinator youll be on the front lines of customer service coordinating with Redfin real estate agents and clients to schedule home showings for buyers. Youll play a vital role in helping buyers find the right home and ensuring that Redfin delivers the fastest smoothest home touring experience available.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Take inbound requests to tour properties via email phone and the Redfin site and apps

• Coordinate with listing agents to confirm that properties are available for showing

• Coordinate with buyers agents and clients to schedule and reschedule home showings

• Use online tools that allow you to track customer progress and share information across teams

Schedule:

• Hours may vary and can include evenings and/or weekends

• This is a remote position with 12 potential in-office days per month for team events

• Part-time hours to start with opportunity to go full-time

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience required including using email and phone

• Ability to juggle many tasks and transition smoothly from one to the next in a fast-paced setting

• Excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable with consistently updated technology and adapting to changes

• Commitment to delivering the best client experience in real estate
