Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations and Finance Manager to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This is an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain comprehensive experience across financial management operations optimization vendor management and procurement. You will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining robust operational and financial processes as PCLnXAI scales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and manage cash flow
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Manage office operations procurement and vendor relationships
- Maintain vendor database and track performance
- Assist with payroll processing and employee records
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
- Handle ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
Education: Masters degree in relevant field in operationsfinance business adminstration in related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP basic formulas)
Familiarity with accounting software or enterprise systems (Preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in English/Hindi
