3 months contract with a Local Authority
Job Summary:
The Administrator Level 3 role is an office-based position within Denbighshire County Councils Children Services team.
The postholder will provide high-quality administrative and organisational support including minute taking data management and assisting with the planning and development of support service systems.
This temporary 13-week role is based at Russell House Rhyl.
Key Duties/Accountabilities (Sample):
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Support Manager and wider team.
Take minutes and provide support during meetings ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Manage manual and electronic records collate data and produce reports as required.
Operate relevant ICT packages including Word Excel databases spreadsheets and internet applications.
Process invoices code sheets monitor and input data onto budget spreadsheets.
Support colleagues by providing guidance and administrative cover as needed.
Coordinate events and contribute to the development and organisation of support service systems procedures and policies.
Always maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Undertake other relevant duties as agreed by the Line Manager.
Skills/Experience:
Proven administrative and organisational skills including minute taking.
Strong IT skills: Word Excel databases spreadsheets and internet applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and provide cover for colleagues as required.
Experience in a local authority or social care setting is desirable but not essential.
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements.

Temporary role: 13 weeks 37 hours per week.
Location: Russell House Churton Road Rhyl LL18 3ND.
