We are hiring for our client a well-established professional services firm who are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Services Administrator to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people managing client queries and supporting service delivery in a structured professional environment.

The Role:
Act as a first point of contact for clients via phone email and written correspondence
Handle client enquiries professionally ensuring accurate information and timely responses
Support clients throughout their service journey maintaining clear and empathetic communication
Maintain and update client records accurately on internal systems
Request track and organise client documentation
Liaise with internal teams to ensure client matters progress efficiently
Prepare correspondence reports and client updates
Ensure compliance with internal procedures data protection and confidentiality requirements
Assist with diary coordination appointments and follow-up actions
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
The Person What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a client services customer support or administrative role
Strong communication skills with a calm professional telephone manner
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident managing sensitive conversations with empathy and discretion
Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
IT confident with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM-style systems
Team-oriented proactive and solutions-focused
Experience in professional services is desirable but not essential
