Your role
As a Contract Administrator youll manage major transport infrastructure contracts ensuring projects are delivered safely on time within budget and to high-quality standards. You may act as an Administrator Administrators Representative or Principals Representative collaborating with project teams stakeholders and external authorities.
What youll be doing
- Lead the administration of high-value transport infrastructure contracts.
- Ensure compliance with TMR standards procedures and contract conditions.
- Coordinate with teams stakeholders and local authorities.
- Manage project quality safety and environmental compliance.
- Lead and mentor teams of engineers technical staff and advisors.
- Monitor project delivery expenditure and performance driving continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports and briefing notes on project progress costs and key issues.
What youll bring
- DTMR Prequalification Level CA02 or CA03 is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years post-RPEQ registration experience for prequalification level CA02 and 10 years post-RPEQ registration experience for CA03 in complex road and transport infrastructure contracts.
- Demonstrated experience in the administration of AS2124 style contracts such as Transport Infrastructure Contracts Construct Only (TIC-CO) AS4300 style Design and Construct (D&C) Contracts relational contracts or Collaborative Project Agreements (CPA) or Alliance.
- Expertise across multiple infrastructure disciplines (earthworks drainage ITS pavements bridges retaining walls).
- Strong consultation conflict resolution and project management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver projects to TMR policies standards and specifications.
