Focus exclusively on Lemon Law (Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act)
Handle litigation from intake through trial
Collaborate with a team thats known for aggressive representation and high client satisfaction
Remote flexibility for experienced attorneys (Junior attorneys will start in-office for training)

What Youll Be Doing:

Drafting motions and conferring with defense counsel
Taking and defending depositions
Vehicle inspections and trial preparation
Working toward a 160-hour monthly billable target

Compensation & Perks:

Competitive salary: $135000$145000 entry level; $250000 for senior lemon law attorneys
Bonus opportunities

Qualifications:

Licensed in California
Civil litigation experience required
Lemon law experience strongly preferred
Law clerks awaiting bar results with litigation or moot court experience are welcome to apply
