About the company
Geekhunter is recruiting on behalf of our client a local subsidiary of a global stationery company offering an extensive selection of high-quality ergonomically designed and competitively priced products for educators professionals students and home users.
Job Responsibilities
Achieve GT (General Trade) sales targets in Kalimantan
Develop new distributors and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify and approach potential clients leveraging own database/network.
Provide appropriate solutions in line with companys products and services.
Monitor and collect market intelligence: competitor activities pricing and product developments and report insights to relevant departments.
Oversee customer credit limits and track utilization to ensure proper standing.
Lead motivate and manage a small sales team (12 direct reports).
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in any major (S1).
Minimum 13 years of working experience in the Tools industry (Power Tools Hand Tools etc.) with good knowledge of products and market trends.
Strong B2C sales background preferably with exposure to master dealers distributors and end-users.
Good communication skills positive attitude and high integrity.
Conversational level of English
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
