Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital and Clinics (Emplify Health West Union IA) is seeking a full-time Patient Access Specialist to join our highly committed and dynamic Home Medical Equipment team at our West Union Iowa location.

What Youll Do:

As a Patient Access Specialist you will play a direct role in providing LOVE MEDICINE for a broad range of patients. You will be expected to perform in a fast-paced and professional environment while helping deliver great customer service to those seeking Home Medical Equipment needs.

Whats Available:

• Full-time 40 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)
• Starting pay of $18.63/hr and up based on your years of experience.

What Youll Need:

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• 1-year experience in a fast-paced office setting requiring customer service responsibilities.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
