Invoicing Manager

Verisure (in Portugal known as Securitas Direct) is seeking a talented innovative hands-on and passionate Invoicing Manager to join our Shared Services Center Team. The role will report to the Shared Services Center Manager and will be based in Lisbon.

This is an exciting new established role that will be working together with senior professionals across our European markets and interact with local operations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow in their role and showcase strong leadership and teambuilding capabilities.

On the back of the extraordinary growth we have enjoyed in the past years we aim to strengthen our Shared Services Center team and further develop the Invoicing function. This Invoicing Manager will be a key member of the team and play a critical role to achieve this objective.

Responsibilities will include among others:

• Control of Contract Invoicing
• Month-end closing and reporting (calculate month-end quota report of sales information credit notes issued and main KPIs)
• Team management responsabilities ensure proper training of team members and day-to-day operations
• Develop and monitor projects being developed within the department

Reports and organization structure

This position will report directly to the Shared Services Center Manager based in Lisbon

Experience and Qualifications

As a result we are looking for a self-starter and high potential / top performer individual who will combine Invoicing knowledge with a proactive business mindset focused on driving value to the business.

• High school education
• Strong interest for Invoicing
• Experienced professional in Invoicing preferrably in an international environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English
