Job Summary

What youll be doing

In this role youll play a key part in delivering high-quality talent outcomes for a wide variety of corporate roles. Youll:

Lead end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of corporate positions
Work onsite 3 days per week at our clients office with flexible work arrangements
Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies
Create an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring teams
Leverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-making
Drive continuous improvement projects around D&I process optimisation and recruitment technology

Qualifications :

What youll bring:

Were looking for someone who combines operational excellence with a passion for building relationships. Ideally youll have:

2-5 years proven end-to-end corporate recruitment experience in industries such as Banking Financial Services Insurance Allied Health. Agency recruiters with the relevant industry experience will be considered
Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and providing expert recruitment advice and updates
A proactive approach to talent sourcing market mapping and creating pipelines for future needs
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to solving recruitment challenges
