What Youll Do
- Deliver an Exceptional Experience & Build Community
- Ensure every family interaction reflects our values: Safety Trust Growth Community and Professionalism.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with families before during and after lessons.
- Build relationships through proactive support and thoughtful follow-up.
- Plan birthdays events and community touchpoints that connect families to the Aqua Duks experience.
- Support local partnerships and fundraising efforts that strengthen community impact.
- Lead the Front Desk Team
- Recruit train and mentor front desk staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Oversee scheduling registration and billing accuracy.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help your team thrive.
- Oversee Systems & Operations
- Manage tuition billing credits and discounts with transparency and accuracy.
- Track KPIs tied to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate smoothly between front desk instructors and leadership.
- Manage retail inventory and vendor relationships.
- Maintain a professional organized and welcoming facility.
Who You Are
- Experienced in customer service operations or team leadership (education or family-focused a plus).
- Strong communicator and coach who leads by example.
- Organized detail-oriented and calm under pressure.
- Approachable and people-focused-you love building trust and systems that work.
