Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Testing Manager to lead and oversee software quality assurance activities for enterprise-level applications. This role requires strong hands-on experience in manual testing test management reporting and stakeholder coordination within Agile/SAFe environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end software testing activities across enterprise applications
Oversee manual testing efforts to ensure high-quality software delivery
Develop maintain and execute test strategies test plans and test cases
Utilize test management and defect tracking tools to monitor quality metrics
Prepare and present testing reports using ALM Power BI and Excel
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
Ensure adherence to defined QA processes standards and best practices
Support Agile/SAFe delivery models and participate in related ceremonies
Primary Skills (Must-Have)
Minimum 7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
Prior experience as a Testing Manager or Senior Test Lead
Strong expertise in manual testing for enterprise applications
Hands-on experience with ALM Power BI (reporting) and advanced Excel
Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools
Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail with strict process adherence
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in regulated or audit-heavy environments
Familiarity with ALM or similar test management platforms
Experience with Power BI Tableau or other reporting dashboards
Exposure to large-scale system implementations or migration projects
