Role Overview
The Client is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support software-focused programs in Long Beach CA. This onsite role requires strong program leadership hands-on experience in software development environments and domain knowledge within automotive EV or similar regulated engineering industries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage software development programs from initiation through delivery
Coordinate cross-functional engineering product and quality teams
Track program milestones timelines dependencies and risks
Ensure alignment with V&V (Verification & Validation) methodologies
Communicate program status risks and progress to stakeholders and leadership
Support continuous improvement across program delivery processes
Ensure programs are delivered on time within scope and with high quality
Primary Skills (Must-Have)
5 years of experience in Program Management with a focus on software development
Direct experience in automotive and EV domains (aerospace or similar industries also considered)
Strong understanding of Verification & Validation (V&V) methodologies
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional technical programs
Excellent communication organization and stakeholder management skills
