Job Summary

  • Should possess knowledge of procurement process.
  • Obtaining the requests for PQ from the SPOC assigned on the PQ format only.
  • Assessment of the Package & its requirement based on the set PQ criteria mutually agreed.
  • Tailoring the PQ requirement as per the package.
  • Initiation of pre-qualification process through emails containing the questionnaire & client feedback form & intimating the same through phone calls.
  • Coordination with the vendor/ contractor manufacturer for relevant documents asked for pre qualification works.
  •  Follow ups for site address (on-going project/ completed project) for the site visit.
  •  Follow-up with the vendors for sharing the PQ questionnaire and relevant documents asked to share in the PQ questionnaire.
  • Assessing the documents and reply to questionnaire shared by the vendor.
  • Making follow-up for missing information not shared by the vendor in PQ questionnaire within the TAT agreed. Analysing the PQ documents & questionnaire and shortlists the company.
  •  Sharing the assessment/ shortlisted companies with the relevant resource for report preparation.

Qualifications :

B.E/B. Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed Institute.

2. 01-03 years of work experience with demonstrated career growth graph.

3. Knowledge and experience of project management & procurement.

verbal and written English communication skills along with presentation skills and the capability to relate and communicate with people from a variety of diverse backgrounds at all levels of the industry
