Asa Associate at Kearney you will contribute to consulting project teams as they offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. Depending on each clients unique needs projects can differ in length size and location giving you unique hands-on experiences across a range of industries and service practices.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the success of projects by completing tasks such as gathering and analyzing data and conducting competitor assessment studies.

Support project workstreams and teams as you work alongside clients to create recommendations and implement co-created solutions.

Assist the firms business development through generating proposals.

Contribute to the development of thought leadership and other internal and external reports and articles.

Participate in firm building opportunities e.g. recruiting training and mentoring.

We want to hear from you if you are:

Over 4 years of full-time management consulting experience in well-known global firms

Demonstrated ability and experience to lead workstream(s)

Passionate about problem solving with ability to operate in ambiguity

Strong critical thinking analytical and communication skills and influencing skills

Strong interpersonal skills with professional and confident presence

Fluent in English and Chinese languages

Bachelors Degree or above STEM background a plus
