Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy for OEC China to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead and manage Sales Product Marketing and Application teams fostering collaboration and driving high performance.
- Analyze market dynamics competitive landscape and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers industry associations and regulatory bodies to enhance brand presence and business influence.
- Drive organizational capability by coaching mentoring and developing talent while cultivating a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Monitor industry trends regulatory changes and technological advancements to ensure OEC remains at the forefront of innovation and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Medicine Life Sciences Business Marketing or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record in strategic planning business development and team leadership within complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of Chinas medical device market environment regulatory framework and healthcare ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across cultures and functions.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; international experience and global perspective are highly value.
