Whats the opportunity

As a Mid-Market Relationship Manager youll be at the forefront of growth; turning momentum into mastery.Youll own a portfolio of fast-growing customers and help them unlock the full power of Intercom. Were building a world-class sales organization; fast ambitious and unapologetically driven.

What will I be doing

  • Own and grow a portfolioof Intercoms mid market customers; driving measurablerevenue expansion retention and long-term loyalty.
  • Engage with executives and operatorsto uncover pain points positionAI-driven solutions and tie Intercoms platform directly to business impact.
  • Design and execute territory strategiesthat go beyond maintenance; targetingupsell cross-sell and multi-business unit expansionwith clear data-backed plans.
  • Partner cross-functionallywith Marketing Product and Customer Success; translating real customer needs intoproduct innovation and GTM alignment.
  • Analyze and communicate performance metricsthat show the story behind growth; retention adoption and platform expansion.
  • Invest in team excellencethrough mentoring peers sharing winning plays and raising the overall bar for execution and ambition.

What skills do I need

  • 5 yearsin a quota-carrying role managing a large book of business (85 accounts) focused onretention renewals and expansion.
  • 3 yearssellingSaaS solutions ideally in complex high-velocity environments.
  • Proven successnavigatingprocurement processesand influencing enterprise-level decision-makers.
  • Experience selling AI-powered products withdeep knowledge of AI applicationsand the ability to translate technical capability into customer value.
  • Atrack record of consistent overachievement;exceeding quota driving revenue growth and complex renewals.
