_{Adhere to APTA standards and state/federal regulatory requirements.}

_{Qualifications:} _{Education & Licensure:}

_{Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
OR
Bachelors or Masters degree from an APTA-approved program with 2 years of relevant experience and continuing education Required}
_{Current Alaska Physical Therapy license Required}
_{Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Required}
_{Valid drivers license Required}

_Experience:
