_{We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join a supportive school-based team in Durango CO. Working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist the COTA will provide targeted therapeutic interventions that help students achieve functional and academic success.}

_{Key Responsibilities:}

_{Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).}
_{Support the Occupational Therapist in developing and implementing treatment strategies.}
_{Conduct therapeutic activities focused on fine motor development sensory integration and daily living skills.}
_{Accurately document student progress treatment sessions and outcomes.}
_{Communicate effectively with students families teachers and interdisciplinary staff.}
_{Adhere to school district policies and maintain strict confidentiality.}

_{Qualifications:}

_{Education & Certification:}

_{Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.}
_{Current and active COTA license in the state of Colorado.}

_Experience:

_{Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.}

_Skills:
