Position : Sales and Customer Support Representative
Working Schedule : 9a-5p CST
Salary Range :$1000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Support Representative to join our this role you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities maintaining relationships with existing clients and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales has excellent communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships
- Present promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend effective solutions
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Sales
- Generating leads for the business through doing outreach (social media/email/phone calls)
- Managing ongoing conversations with prospects nurturing prospects through follow ups
- Handling Demo & Closing sales calls to close their own deals
- Customer Support/Success
- Onboarding new customers
- Responding to customer questions over email (managing their email address our main company email address)
- (when necessary) Handling customer support calls
Qualifications:
- Proven 1 years of experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Familiarity with CRM practices and sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Google Suite v; familiarity with relevant software and online tools is a plus
