This position is responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely processing of payroll. The Payroll Administrator will ensure pay data integrity perform administrative tasks and provide end-to end solutions for payroll related questions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Payroll processing for multiple-site payroll on a weekly basis.

  • Responsible for data entry into the payroll system including pay changes transfers and terminations.

  • Make necessary payroll entries or upload payroll data to include adjustments incentives additional hours commissions bonuses and expense reimbursements.

  • Review electronic timesheets for management authorization and or missed time clock punches.

  • Run payroll reports as needed and distribute payroll registers.

  • Prepare off-cycle payrolls and manual check calculations.

  • Certified Payrolls.

  • Process voids and stop-payments.

  • Set up garnishments and child support orders within payroll system.

  • Receive and complete employment verifications.

  • Exposure to various HR/Payroll Projects.

  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Education/Qualification:

  • 1-3 years of experience processing payroll.

  • Solid working knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel.

  • FCP a plus.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organized and detailed oriented.

  • Experience with CA and PA payroll processing preferred.

Other Duties:

  • Adheres to the Code of Conduct Confidentiality Agreement and Company Safety Policy.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
