Lexus of Orlando is seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk with strong customer service skills attention to detail and a winning attitude to support our growing organization.
Position Summary
The Payroll Clerk is responsible for accurately processing payroll supporting employee benefits administration and assisting the Comptroller with accounting and administrative tasks. This role requires a high level of confidentiality strong Excel skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly semi-monthly and commission-based payrolls ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Transmit and reconcile payroll taxes garnishments and benefit contributions
- Process new employee onboarding and orientation
- Manage and facilitate employee benefit enrollments
- Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee data
- Provide accounting and administrative support to the Comptroller
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets including formulas and reports
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in payroll processing required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong communication and customer service skills
