Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: Winsford
Working Hour: 2 days on 4 days off (rolling rota including evenings weekends & sleep-ins)
Hourly Rate: 13.50 per hour
Number of Sleeps Required: Included within rota c 10 to 11 per month
Pay Per Sleep: 65
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs aged 717 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: Full induction and QCF Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (provided if not already held)
Experience in Years Required: Experience desirable but not essential

We are seeking resilient nurturing and motivated Residential Support Workers who can provide consistent care and stability for children with challenging behaviours. You must have the passion to safeguard inspire and help young people achieve positive outcomes.
You will need to:
- Experience working in a Childrens Home with Children under the age of 17 year old.
- Provide day-to-day support care and activities to children and young people.
- Manage challenging behaviour with professionalism.
- Work as part of a therapeutic team alongside psychologists and specialist services.
- Be flexible to work shift patterns including sleep-ins evenings and weekends.
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
- Be aged 21 or over.
