Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning & delivery of Basic training to recruits including response to Solder Academy directives and guidance.
Act as stand in OC as required.
Plan CMS 21(R) training within stipulated timelines as directed by the Unit 2IC liaising with Trg Wing.
1RO for nominated Coy staff producing accurate and timely SJARs as per MS deadlines.
Manage courses for all Reserve Coy Staff and manage database reporting to Trg Offr as required.
Provide CM to all Coy staff linking in with the WFWO and Adjt.
Assist in conducting and recording of Coy staff induction and CPD.
Any other tasks as directed by the OC.
