The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Executive to join this fast-growing technology-focused organisations UK team.

This is a key role supporting Account Managers technical teams and partners to ensure the sales process runs smoothly from initial proposal through to delivery. If youre detail-oriented customer-focused and eager to develop your career within the tech sector this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team
Prepare accurate quotations proposals and process customer orders
Coordinate communication between internal teams partners and clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Support client meetings and presentations
Prepare sales reports and supporting documentation

About You

Youre reliable well-organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy being at the centre of operations and take pride in keeping everything running efficiently.

Ideally you will have:

Experience in Sales Support Customer Service or Sales Operations (telecoms IT or UC experience desirable)
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
Confident communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
