Senior SAP Application Expert SuccessFactors

As an SAP Application Expert your primary focus will be configuring testing and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors software application that meet our business needs and technological standards. You possess a solid business process foundation and functional knowledge problem-solving aptitude and a passion for contributing to a collaborative team environment.

WHAT YOULL DO
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Leads and Engineering Managers to analyze requirements and propose solution design & timelines to deliver agreed objectives
• Lead end-to-end design configuration and deployment of Performance Goals Succession and Career Development modules in SuccessFactors. Support go-live and roll-out activities
• Drive & Lead medium to complex requirements gathering blueprinting (propose solutions and estimate the scope of work) and implementation of goals reviews feedback calibration and talent pipelines.
• Configure goal libraries templates rating scales workflows role-based permissions and dynamic roles (XML where required).
• Implement succession planning talent pools readiness ratings career paths and development plans aligned with business strategy.
• Identify troubleshoot and resolve SAP SuccessFactors issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by leading problem management. Optimize SAP solutions for performance and efficiency
• Create documentation - solution design documents & complex functional specifications.
• Handle functional and integration testing independently including working with current tools like OpenText ECMx
• Contribute to peer review and mentor other SuccessFactors Functional experts work present topics / drive tasks within the Community of Practice (CoP)
• Work with DPO (Data Privacy Office) for global access requirements

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

You will be working with the HXM (Human Experience Management) product team supporting SAP SuccessFactors OpenText and other related systems. A team of 29 members including both business experts and SAP Application Experts working together driving value delivery ensuring efficient run services and continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with our HR operating model.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related business knowledge
• 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors functional experience in the relevant modules
• Certification and hands-on experience in multiple modules - SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management Succession Planning and Career Development Planning Compensation modules
• Experience with leading projects and mentoring team members.
• Experience interfacing with stakeholders and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
• Should be able to drive complex SAP SuccessFactors configuration independently and has strong business knowledge application functionalities and SAP configurations.
• Good understanding of master data concepts of Analytics and Data
• Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors landscape and experience in config management in different instances
• Good experience working with Role Based Permissions in SAP SuccessFactors
• Knowledge of GDPR- Data retention and audit reports
