Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Strong expertise in end-to-end SAP EWM processes (e.g. warehouse structure goods receipt order picking etc.)
Lead/Participate in workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders globally.
Experience with minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA or SAP EWM 9.5 implementations (preferably Decentralized environment) particularly in manufacturing or distribution environments
Mandatory SAP EWM skills to have are configuring the SAP EWM system as per business requirements in Inbound Outbound Internal Process RF Framework Physical Inventory IDOCs/qRFC Production Supply etc.

Good-to-Have

Knowledge on SAP MM/WM S/4 HANA Embedded EWM with moderate knowledge of ABAP/Debugging

1	Enthusiasm to learn quickly & deliver SAP EWM solutions as per the business requirements
2	Good communication skills (English) in writing & speaking
3	Collaborate with business teams functional consultants and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery
4	Manage post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives
5	Participate in knowledge transfer sessions training and mentoring junior team members.
