Senior Campaign Executive ll Dehradun

EbizON is seeking a Senior Campaign Executiveto join our Email Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and managing email campaigns creating visually compelling templates and optimizing performance through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

• Plan design and execute email marketing campaigns that align with client goals and brand tone.
• Develop and enhance responsive email templates that work seamlessly across devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging creatives clear messaging and effective CTAs.
• Work with marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo HubSpot Mailchimp or Pardot to segment audiences and set up workflows.
• Optimize campaigns based on open rates CTRs and conversion metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine email performance and improve engagement.
• Maintain a strong understanding of email best practices design trends and deliverability standards.
• Troubleshoot rendering or layout issues across different email clients.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign analytics.
• Mentor and support junior team members in template design and campaign execution.

Skills & Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in email marketing or campaign management.
• Strong understanding of email automation tools (Klaviyo HubSpot Mailchimp or similar platforms).
• Understanding of HTML and CSS for email design (basic coding knowledge preferred).
• Hands-on experience with creative tools such as Canva Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and suggest improvements.
• Creative mind with a strong sense of design layout and visual storytelling.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication Design or a related field.
