Tasks
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store ensuring efficient service and hospitality standards are maintained.
- Oversee inventory management including ordering receiving and stocking of supplies to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products and resolve any discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
