What youll do
- Ensure timely accurate AP/AR and resident billing; maintain clean documentation and audit-ready files.
- Own month-end close tasks and deliver clear timely reports to leadership.
- Support payroll/timekeeping and onboarding paperwork in alignment with policy and compliance.
- Serve as a community business partner-communicate with residents leaders and vendors; participate as Manager on Duty as needed.
Requirements
You bring
- 3 years in accounting/finance or business office roles; strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with MS Office; Yardi experience a plus.
- Calm collaborative communicator who thrives in a resident-first culture.
