Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the companys commercial growth and brand ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership communication and analytical skills capable of developing and executing high-impact sales and marketing plans that drive predictable revenue growth market expansion and customer retention.

This role requires a balance of strategic planning hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration with product technical and customer service teams.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a unified sales and marketing strategy aligned with the companys growth objectives and market position.

  • Design and manage a structured sales pipeline that converts leads into loyal customers while ensuring consistency in messaging and brand experience.

  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns including digital field and BTL activities to support lead generation brand visibility and customer retention.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities trends and emerging customer needs.

  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to position iNet Africas services effectively in the market.

  • Build train and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team ensuring clear targets accountability and continuous development.

  • Monitor analyze and report on sales and marketing KPIs providing insights and forecasts to management for informed decision-making.

  • Manage the companys CRM systems (e.g. Zoho) to track leads deals and customer interactions ensuring accurate data and timely follow-ups.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers partners and institutional clients to drive renewals referrals and upselling opportunities.

  • Manage the creation of marketing materials and content (brochures proposals digital assets) consistent with brand guidelines.

  • Oversee social media presence digital campaigns and corporate communications to strengthen the brands market position.

  • Identify and participate in trade shows exhibitions and community engagements to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.

  • Ensure that pricing strategies promotions and communications are aligned with company objectives and profitability goals.

  • Lead the development of customer retention and loyalty programs to enhance satisfaction and reduce churn.

  • Represent iNet Africa professionally in client presentations media interactions and partnership meetings.



Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive position preferably in IT SaaS or Telecommunications.

  • Proven track record in designing and executing a successful sales and marketing strategy with measurable results.

  • Demonstrated experience in building mentoring and managing a sales and marketing team.

  • Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C tech sales cycles and go-to-market strategies.

  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Zoho Salesforce HubSpot) for pipeline management and performance tracking.

  • Ability to present and defend a real-life sales and marketing plan previously developed and executed including results achieved.

  • Strong commercial acumen strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation abilities.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Background in digital marketing or product marketing.

  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure SaaS models and ISP services.

  • Exposure to startup or high-growth business environments.

  • Professional certifications in sales marketing or leadership are an added advantage.
