Job Summary
Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support in drafting job descriptions.
- Manage job postings across internal and external platforms ensuring alignment with employer branding.
- Hayleys Group Management Trainee Programme executing the launch campaign shortlisting selecting candidates and organizing inauguration.
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
Manage and update the career site to reflect current opportunities and organizational updates.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree/professional qualification in Human Resources / Business Administration or a related discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR. Exposure to Talent Acquisition would be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of the MS Office package and familiarity in basic AI tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with a good command of the English language
- Ability to form and maintain highly effective working relationships with all levels of stakeholders and external parties
