Candidate Profile:
- Degree/professional qualification in Human Resources / Business Administration or a related discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR. Exposure to Talent Acquisition would be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of the MS Office package and familiarity in basic AI tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with a good command of the English language
- Ability to form and maintain highly effective working relationships with all levels of stakeholders and external parties
