Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of sub-system deliverables meeting quality cost delivery and performance (QCDP) objectives. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Project Core Teams Integration Teams and other sub-systems) lead cross-functional activities and manage stakeholder coordination and much more.

Youll specifically take care of aligning sub-system requirements with project objectives but also monitor and control sub-system activities from initiation to completion.

• Contributing to the successful execution of project strategies within the sub-system scope

• Leading and coordinating sub-system activities and stakeholders to meet QCDP objectives

• Planning monitoring and managing sub-system schedules resources and risks

• Ensuring compliance with applicable rules standards and processes

• Supporting consistent cross-functional execution of sub-system deliverables

• Collaborating with other sub-systems and project-level teams to resolve overarching issues

• Masters or bachelors degree in a relevant field

• Experience as a manager of an operational scope (minimum 2 years)

• Understanding of project management processes

• Familiarity with multi-site and multi-disciplinary team collaboration

• An IPMA Level D (or equivalent) certification is desirable

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
