What Youll Do
Sales Data & Analytics
- Dive into sales performance metrics to identify patterns trends and opportunities.
- Help maintain and improve executive dashboards in Salesforce and Excel that track pipeline health and sales activity.
CRM & Process Optimization
- Keep Salesforce data clean accurate and actionable for better reporting and forecasting.
- Support lead routing and territory management through LeanData.
- Streamline reporting and automate manual tasks to make our team more efficient.
Sales Enablement & Tools Management
- Build and organize sales enablement resources using Spekit to help reps learn and sell faster.
- Optimize tools like Outreach and Qualified to enhance productivity and engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales Marketing and GTM teams to support ongoing initiatives.
- Contribute to special projects that improve how our sales team operates and grows.
Location: Remote
Hours: 10-20 hours per week
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
- Currently pursuing (or recently graduated with) a degree in Business Marketing Data Analytics Information Systems or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables VLOOKUPs data visualization).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Availability for 10-20 hours per week (remote).
Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Experience with tools like Outreach LeanData Qualified or Spekit.
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI etc.).
- Previous experience in sales operations or enablement roles.
Additional Information :
The pay range for this role is $16 - $18 per hour for actual hours worked. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal addition to base salary we offer a comprehensive benefits package performance-based incentives and opportunities for growth.
