Salary: 31800.00 per annum (plus overtime)
Hours: 40 hours (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilites:
- To confidently lead and manage the team with a hands-on approach in the absence of the Bar and Restaurant Manager
- To consistently monitor the practice of all SOPs and requirements across the Bar and Restaurant including opening and closing schedules
- Daily reporting and monitoring of revenue forecast versus actual sales
- To liaise with Cellar Manager to ensure drinks stocks are always maintained and rotated
- To assist with the coordination of internal and external stock audits
- Ensuring all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to
- Assisting with the induction of new team members
- To attend new menu tastings offering constructive input
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year in a Supervisory role working in a members facility (desirable)
- Personal Licence (desirable)
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
- Experience using at least one EPOS system for ordering and reconciliation
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Takes initiative and demonstrates high level of organisation
- Supportive team player
