Job Summary
- Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
- Assisting the Bistro Manager in the delivery support and preparation for canteen services
- Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene both in working methods and personal hygiene
- Maintains standards by training staff and developing them.
- Accomplishes staff job results by coaching and training.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and adhering to company legal regulations.
- Supporting Bistro Manager to run the operation and ensuring all the standards are met
- Always looking to exceed targets and expectations as well as improve own skills and knowledge
Qualifications :
- Experience and a proven background in Catering / Kitchen environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to take initiative work independently and or within a productive team
- Familiarity with working with employees from a variety of cultural and language backgrounds
- Passion for high-end cuisine love for food and motivation to deliver exceptional service
- Well presented professional individual with a can-do positive attitude that indulges in team success
- The ability to be a positive change champion for DO & CO supporting change in operations in order to gain optimal results
- Flexible in the way you think and adapting quickly and efficiently to stressful situations
