As Assistant Restaurant Manager youll be overseeing daily operations guiding and inspiring our talented team and driving innovation while upholding the standards that make Wild Honey St James a destination in its own right.
Together we will:
- Champion excellence in every part of the guest experience from the first greeting to the final farewell
- Foster a culture of collaboration warmth and professionalism
- Lead and support the restaurant team with a focus on development performance and guest engagement
- Uphold and enforce Forbes and LQA service standards across all restaurant operations.
- Ensure all operational standards SOPs and brand values are upheld and continuously improved
- Oversee the physical atmosphere of the restaurant ensuring that the environment is always welcoming clean and visually aligned with the brands identity.
- Oversee the reservation system ensuring efficient guest flow optimal table usage and smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Actively participate in hotel leadership meetings contributing insights and energy to our shared goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging food and beverage concepts and customer preferences to keep the restaurant innovative and competitive.
Qualifications :
