Job Description
Join National Windscreens a leading independent windscreen repair and replacement company in the UK. We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our friendly and professional team in NORWICH with oversight of DISS.
With a nationwide network of fitting centres modern fleet of vehicles and state of the art tools; National Windscreens services some of the best insurers fleets and local businesses across the UK.
What will you be doing
- As the leader of your branch youll play a pivotal role in building and steering your team towards success igniting their potential to deliver top-notch performance whilst ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
- You will engage with professional customer relations building trust and maximising the opportunity to convert potential enquires into customers.
- Utilising the IT systems you will complete office administration tasks including stock management and arranging customer appointments.
- You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for yourself your colleagues and your customers.
