TheProduct Manager Optima willown the strategy roadmap and delivery of our Optima scheduling and rostering solutiontoensure clarity usability and measurable value for our nursing customers.
- Definingproduct vision and strategy for Optima to support nursing workforce management
- Drivingroadmap execution in order to align with business goals and customer needs
- Collaboratingwith development squads and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
- Engagingwith customers and stakeholders to refine priorities and improve adoption
- Managing our interface service to surface Optima data clearly and effectively
