Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Job Overview:
- Support influencer program scaling and relationship management within the Grin platform
- Execute social media management tasks using the Sprout platform
- Follow established standard operating procedures for influencer and social media workflows
- Manage direct message communications and organic gifting processes
- Flag issues and provide administrative support for campaign execution
- Assist with influencer outreach and relationship coordination
- Support team members with specific influencer marketing tasks
- Maintain brand tone and messaging consistency across communications
Requirements
- Strong experience in influencer management and social media administration (mandatory)
- Proven ability to follow detailed processes and standard operating procedures
- Excellent communication skills for managing direct messages and outreach
- Experience with influencer platforms (Grin experience preferred but strong adaptability acceptable)
- Experience with social media management platforms (Sprout experience preferred but similar platform experience acceptable)
- Bonus if you have fashion or lifestyle brand experience
- It helps if youre familiar with organic gifting and influencer campaign processes
