Job Summary

Supervise day-to-day construction operations and ensure progress according to schedule.
Coordinate with consultants subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Review construction drawings and ensure implementation per design intent.
Ensure all works meet quality standards and comply with safety requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and verify work done for progress claims.
Prepare daily site reports monitor manpower deployment and track material usage.
Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Support Construction Manager in planning and progress review meetings.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 68 years of site management experience in high-rise building projects.
Strong coordination communication and leadership capabilities.
Good understanding of technical drawings and construction sequences.
Familiar with ISO QLASSIC and CIDB requirements.
