Job Description
-
Lead overall Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
-
Manage IQC IPQC FQC and ensure product meets customer specifications.

Handle customer complaints perform root-cause analysis (8D 5-Why) and drive corrective/preventive actions.

Lead internal & supplier audits; ensure closure of non-conformances.

Monitor quality KPIs (PPM yield) and drive continuous improvement.
-
Support NPI/sample approval and ensure quality requirements in production.

Lead and develop the quality team.
Job Requirements
-
Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
-
5 years in manufacturing quality; electronics background preferred.
-
Strong knowledge of QMS ISO 9001; experience with 8D FMEA SPC.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Leadership experience managing quality teams.
