The GTMM & Media Operations Team is a high-impact function dedicated to driving operational excellence standardization and efficiency across the entire marketing organization. Our mandate is clear: to enable Agile Execution & Optimisation by strengthening the foundational pillars of our marketing engineour technology processes data and insights.
As the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager (all genders) you will be the core subject matter expert focusing on the Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack Processes & Workflows and the Management of External Agency Partners. You will own and optimize a portfolio of critical marketing operations topics end-to-end working with internal teams and external agencies to ensure our entire operating model is scalable integrated and delivers high-quality output. You will be instrumental in ensuring a cohesive setup between our internal capabilities and external partners guaranteeing execution speed and quality.
