Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users in person over the phone or via remote access
- Install configure and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Set up and maintain computer systems and networks
- Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed
- Assist in the implementation and management of IT projects
- Create and update documentation for IT processes and procedures
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in IT support or a related role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience working in a help desk or technical support role
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Certifications in ITIL CompTIA or Microsoft are a plus
- Familiarity with network security and firewalls
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: $80000 - $110000 per year
