What youll do
As a Revenue Manager youll love what you do and take pride indelighting our guests. Here are some of the other duties you will be responsiblefor:
- Review the daily pick-up by hotel at least twice per day looking at the current month and the next two months while identifying daily shifts in demand looking for peaks and troughs and then reviewing the strategy in IDeaS and in the PMS to make sure we are maximizing all opportunities
- Producedaily & weekly reports for each hotel ensuring data accuracy andconsistency of delivery. Flag and escalate any data quality issues.
- UpdateIDeaS RMS & Cognos (Finance) systems are updated with Budget and Forecastchanges
- Our values of Passion Personality Respect Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Reception Manager youll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacys.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experiencein Revenue Management within 5 star Luxury hospitality
- Trainingsand or certifications in Analysis Revenue Management and Sales an asset
- Previousknowledge of hotel systems preferably to include GDS PMS Revenue ManagementGroup and Analytical systems and software such as SynXis Opera IDeaS
- Strong verbal communication skills and be well presented
- Passion to the role and the team and unique personality
- Ability toempower team members to deliver bespoke services to all guests
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills English is the primary language used in our hotel
